Privacy Policy

Obra Digital · Effective date: October 18, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and how it's used. Short version: this site has no forms, no account sign-ups and no advertising trackers. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

Who we are

Obra Digital is a website and marketing studio serving service businesses in Southern California. Contact: hello@obradigitaloc.com.

Information we collect

We don't use advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it

Marketing emails

We sometimes email local businesses about our services, using business contact information the business publishes. Every marketing email includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply "no thanks", or email us, and we'll stop. We honor opt-outs promptly and keep a do-not-contact list so you aren't emailed again.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our email provider and website host), and only as needed to provide their services, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and business records only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client (then for the length of the relationship plus the period required for tax and business records). Server logs are kept according to the host's standard schedule.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@obradigitaloc.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't treat you differently for asking. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) if it applies to us. As a small business, we may not meet the CCPA's thresholds, but we'll honor these reasonable requests anyway.

Do Not Track: this site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, such as two-factor authentication on our accounts and a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method is 100% secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
